Customer Satisfaction

Committed to Each Individual Interaction

Our commitment to excellence exists at every level of our business. Each individual business interaction is treated as an opportunity to demonstrate fantastic customer service. We are proud of our customer satisfaction record. Since the implementation of our independent Customer Satisfaction programme we have constantly achieved 9 or 10 out of 10 from over 6000 customers in the last year alone.

“Your feedback is essential to the continued success of our business”

This is only part of the story. We want your direct feedback too. Working with us gives you an insight into our business. You know when we are doing a good job or when we fall short. Your feedback is essential to the continued success of our business and it is encouraged and valued throughout our partnership.

Committed to Quality Assurance & Information Security

“Our external auditors keep us on our toes!”

  • What do our ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 accreditations give you?

They give you confidence. Confidence that we are committed to information security, quality delivery and continual improvement, and confidence that you will receive the highest levels of customer service throughout our business. More than this we will be honest. We will be completely transparent and provide the results of our external audits and any findings and recommendations that are reported.

They give you peace of mind. We take information security seriously. We have implemented systems and technology that significantly reduce the risks associated with data security and manage them effectively. Information security is amongst our highest priorities throughout all our interactions and activities and mandated within our commercial, service delivery, consulting and administrative teams.

In addition, our external auditors keep us on our toes! Every six months our ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 certifications are reviewed by DNV GL which gives us a great objective expert view of our performance, customer service record and commitment to data and information security.

Charity Support

Cadline is committed to supporting a varied and far reaching range of charities. Below is an update on current projects

Nourish our Nurses

Cadline is pleased to support the ‘Nourish our Nurses’ campaign that was founded by Cadline’s Debi Peppin and Jo-Ann Aitikkala in response to the C-19 pandemic. Volunteers pack food boxes that include fresh fruit, salad, vegetables and pasta. Debi and Jo-Ann deliver to nurses at St Peters Hospital, ambulance response teams and community nurses. They featured on the BBC’s Britain’s Volunteer Army and the Queens daughter-in-law, the Countess of Wessex, dropped by to help pack the boxes on National Nursing Day. They have raised over £53,000.

The team are currently delivering 400 food parcels a week and have nourished over 5,000 NHS staff to date.

Operation Smile

This year, for the eleventh year running, instead of sending Christmas cards we have donated to the charity, Operation Smile. We have bought another five smiles to help provide life changing cleft surgery for five children, bringing our total to 58  smiles. If you would like to find out more about this fantastic charity please click the video below:

Crisis

In addition, we have made a donation to Crisis and reserved places for 20 guests at a Crisis Christmas Centre. If you would like to reserve a place for someone this Christmas and help someone rebuild their life, please go to: https://www.crisis.org.uk/

  • Great Ormond Street Hospital

Great Ormond Street Hospital is close to our hearts and we have supported this charity for the last four years. Last month we purchased a syringe pump for £1,500 which provide accurate and continuous pain relief in critical medical care. There is a Trust wide shortage and the life span of a pump is 8-10 years.

  • Two St Lucian boys in the wreckage of their home after the devastation of Hurricane Tomas

    St Lucia

We sent a container to St Lucia filled with adult and children’s clothes, footwear, towels, toys, games, books, writing materials etc. Andy West reconditioned some redundant Cadline computers and these were sent to a school in a deprived area along with some of the old training monitors. Thank you to everyone who has donated.

Sri Lanka

Along with two other donors we are paying for a boy to have life saving surgery in Sri Lanka. Sandaruwan is a 12 year old boy with a fatal spine condition. Without surgery his lungs will collapse within the next 10 to 15 years, leading to certain death. If the surgery is successful he will be able to lead a more or less normal life. The surgeon we have chosen is the medical lead in Sri Lanka, and has undertaken more than 300 such operations with 100% success rate. This complicated, 6 hour long procedure is scheduled for 9th October and the cost of the operation is USD 16,000.

Voice of a Woman

Is a charity that we have helped to establish in the UK that addresses a range of educational issues. The YLSR’s Youth Leadership Training Program was launched in 2010 at The South African High Commission in Trafalgar Square and helps to engage youth in socially responsible projects; the current project supported concerns sex trafficking. Nelson Mandela offered his support to this charity and Maureen O’Bryan, the charity founder, was invited to spend a day at his home in Johannesburg.

We supported, along with The University of Westminster, the launch of the VOW Mentoring Programme at The National Portrait Gallery in July this year. This program introduces inspirational business women, as mentors, to young women starting their further education and careers.
